While some might view it as a magical journey that courses between many incarnations, I have had at best a mixed experience into this unfrequented realm of remembrance. There are days when I think back upon my decision nearly ten years ago to take on a random hypnosis project with a friend. There are many points in my recollection where I wish I had answered “no” when I consider the fallout of events that would occur for me with this decision. It is often agreed that hindsight is 20/20 and despite looking back in regret, I cannot help but notice the changes this decision has brought into my life. Foremost, after a lifetime of being conditioned to say yes and please people, this experience taught me finally how to say no.
